Lamb

Our lamb is available to us by both County Butchers and Noahs Ark Farm. All our meat is Red Tractor Certified. Noah’s Ark Farm lamb is exclusive and only have a flock of approximately 100 North Country Mule ewes which we cross with a Texel ram giving us great quality lean, succulent and tender meat all year round. Lambing is usually in late March and keep the ewes and lambs in the barn until they have bonded. Once old enough, they are let out into fields at Noah’s Ark to enjoy the spring grass. We got available a large variety of joints and cuts as well as lamb and mint burgers and gluten free spicy lamb sausages.
